Following the update to our Future Homes Standard toolkit last week, we have now released an updated version of our toolkit for retrofitting existing homes.
Initially launched in 2021, the toolkit has been updated to include new archetypes, multi-residential blocks and whole life costing.
The document includes an outline of why retrofit is needed, the government guidance available and the challenges that are presented by the need to upgrade vast amounts of housing stock.
