Anil Chandla  

Anil Chandla is a chartered mechanical engineer who leads a team of building services engineers, based out of our Birmingham office. He has been at Baily Garner since 2016 and in that time has built-up experience in providing design, specification, and technical advice to clients in sectors such as health care, blue light, education, commercial and residential. This experience includes designing heating, ventilation, drainage, gas, renewable systems, and domestic hot and cold-water systems. 

Anil has a particular interest in decarbonisation and works with several of our clients, particularly in the education section, to assist them with accessing funding to enable installation of innovative technologies to improve the environmental performance of their estates. He has also given presentations at industry conferences such as HOMES UK on the subject. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Will Gregory 

Will has been at Baily Garner since 2015 and is based in the Birmingham office. He initially joined as a trainee building surveyor and is now a chartered building surveyor and project manager leading the team responsible for delivering and developing our building surveying offer across the midlands. Will’s experience encompasses the full range of building surveying services for clients in the education, blue light, care, and housing sectors. 

Will has extensive experience in delivering stock condition survey programmes and refurbishment schemes to education and care facilities along with the regeneration of residential estates.  

He is also a PAS2035 retrofit coordinator and has worked on a range of retrofit projects to make the country’s existing housing stock more energy efficient and sustainable. He has also presented to clients on the subject. In 2021, Will was recognised as a rising star in the industry as a member of the Housing Forum’s Futures Network.
