Ben Cordier

Ben joined Baily Garner in September 2019 whilst completing a HNC in Construction. He has then gone on to complete an Apprenticeship Degree in Building Surveying (BSc Hons), become a Chartered Building Surveyor, and an Associate of the Institute of Fire Safety Managers (AIFSM).

Prior to Baily Garner his experience was in social housing focusing on asset management and reactive maintenance. Since joining Baily Garner, Ben’s experience has vastly expanded within the residential sector; acting as Contract Administrator on a variety of refurbishment projects, providing Professional Services such as Condition Surveys, Planned Preventative Maintenance Programmes. More recently I have been overseeing the delivery of Fire Safety Remediation works across a number of building types and values ranging from £100k to £40m.
