WORK FOR US

We offer a friendly, vibrant and inspiring work environment where people are encouraged to share their skills and expertise. Despite our size, we still have the energy of a small entrepreneurial company thanks to our unique drive and multidisciplinary approach. Our people have access to a wide range of career and personal development opportunities, and we support them to gain professional qualifications, achieving consistently high pass rates. We are an equal opportunity employer and continually review what we do to ensure fairness.

We want everyone on our team to have a good work-life balance, so have introduced the option to work from home (with a mandatory one day per week in the office) as well as flexibility around working hours, subject to specified core hours.

In March 2021, we were awarded 2 star accreditation by Best Companies in recognition of our ‘Outstanding’ employee engagement and listed in the top 100 mid-sized companies to work for in the UK.

ROUTES INTO CONSTRUCTION

We offer a range of routes into the construction sector including work experience, apprenticeships, year out opportunities and graduate roles. If you’re starting out in construction there’s no better place to gain an insight into every aspect of the industry. We offer sponsorship to train or study, as well as on-the-job mentoring. We’ll support you from the very first step – many of our current colleagues and partners began their careers with us as office juniors, trainees or graduates.

Our trainees, apprentices and graduates get involved with real work from day one. Whichever discipline you choose, you will become part of a team and work on live projects, attending meetings with colleagues and clients and visiting site. If you choose, we will also support you through your professional qualifications with RICS, RIBA, CIBSE or other relevant professional bodies. Many of our senior colleagues are qualified and can act as mentors, sharing their experiences of the process, and we also have 10 RICS assessors in our team.

GRADUATES / Year out placements

The application process is simple: just send your CV and cover letter to our HR team by 24th December using the button below. Please state clearly on the cover letter what role you are applying for and which discipline. CVs will be collectively reviewed, and successful candidates will be invited to an assessment day at our London office. This will form the single stage interview process and typically takes place towards the end of January.

If you’re still in the early stages of your degree and are looking for a year out placement, you can also apply using the same process as above, via the button below.
