We are pleased to launch a new personal development programme at Baily Garner, which aims to support and promote women in the construction workplace.

The ‘Confidence Challenge’ programme will complement our existing Leadership and Managing People programme which aims to enhance the skills of all our managers, in line with our tradition of nurturing talent and ‘growing our own’ to develop our future leaders.

Whilst 33% of our team are female, the Baily Garner partners have identified the gender imbalance in leadership roles across the practice, and are committed to encouraging and empowering female staff to unlock their strategic and leadership capacity. We have partnered with external training and coaching provider LARA to introduce the programme that is designed by women for women to address the negative impact that unconscious stereotype bias can have on women and help them to achieve their professional development goals.
