On Friday 1 April 2022, PIB Group completed the acquisition of Baily Garner Health & Safety Ltd.
The sale of Baily Garner Health & Safety Ltd has no impact on the ownership and services of Baily Garner LLP which is run as a separate company.
They will continue to provide an element of sub-consultancy services to Baily Garner LLP.
