The programme included upgrades and extensions to wards, theatres, pathology, endoscopy, and specialist services, delivered under a long-term framework.
We provided cost consultancy and project management across the programme, from early-stage business case support through to on-site delivery. Our team led risk management, procurement, and multidisciplinary coordination, working closely with clinical stakeholders to ensure each project met NHS standards while remaining sensitive to live hospital operations.
Our fast-track ward refurbishments — delivered within a 12-week summer window — exemplify this approach. Completed on time and to a high standard, these works improved patient experience through better lighting, accessibility, and modern, non-institutional design.
