Life at Baily Garner
In just one year of working with Baily Garner, I have been able to progress from an internship to a permanent role as a Junior Mechanical Engineer. Here, I am equipped with the tools, knowledge and support to excel in my role and the wider industry.
It’s the hands-on learning, camaraderie between colleagues, and opportunities to build professional relationships that motivate me most working at Baily Garner. I feel empowered to go from strength to strength, and my aspiration now is to become a Chartered Senior Mechanical Engineer here.
