At Baily Garner, apprentices are an integral part of the business. More than one in ten employees are currently undertaking an apprenticeship, with apprentices representing 12% of the UK workforce – exceeding the median of employers recognised within the Sunday Times rankings.

Among Baily Garner’s newest apprentice recruits, 88% are aged between 16 and 24, significantly higher than the median benchmark of 64% among ranked employers.

Among new apprentice starters:

• 25% come from ethnic minority backgrounds, compared with a Top 100 employer median of 19%.
