Baily Garner Brings Multidisciplinary Excellence to Yorkshire With New Office

Baily Garner, a leading multidisciplinary construction consultancy in the UK, has announced the opening of a new office in Leeds, marking an exciting milestone in their expansion strategy. With operations commencing on the 13th May, the Baily Garner team is set to offer a comprehensive suite of services to Yorkshire and the Humber. The new office will also work collaboratively with an existing location in Manchester, expanding the company’s depth of resource available for projects across the North of England.

Baily Garner’s new office opening will bring a host of comprehensive services to the Yorkshire and the Humber region, including architecture, building surveying, quantity surveying, project management, building services and sustainability advice, and CDM — all underpinned by Baily Garner’s renowned multidisciplinary expertise.
With long-established offices in London and Birmingham, Baily Garner’s latest business ambition is to deliver service excellence to clients across the North of England. The company initiated this strategy through the opening of its Manchester office in September 202[WG4.1]4, and recently added to its pool of resources in the North through the acquisition of Arcus Consulting.
Alex Howe, Partner, Baily Garner, will lead the new office and the additional resources available from Arcus’s offices in Wakefield.
