We are delighted to announce the appointment of Marc Baines as our new Director of Growth and Transformation.

Marc joins Baily Garner following nearly a decade at the helm of South East Consortium (SEC), where he served as Chief Executive Officer. Under his leadership, SEC experienced exceptional growth, strengthened its position in the sector, and deepened its commitment to both its members and ethical procurement. Marc brings with him a wealth of strategic insight, a deep understanding of the built environment, and a proven track record of delivering business transformation.

At Baily Garner, Marc will play a central role in shaping and delivering our long-term growth strategies. His remit will include championing growth across the business, overseeing the integration of innovation and technology, and working closely with our leadership team to shape our future.
