Baily Garner awarded place on EN:Procure Gen-4 Consultancy Framework
July 4, 2025
The framework sources the best consultants in the industry to provide services to registered social housing providers and public sector contracting authorities, primarily across Yorkshire and Humber, the East Midlands and North West.
These organisations will be able to procure Baily Garner for comprehensive multidisciplinary project delivery, as well as separate appointments for Employer’s Agent, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Architecture and Asset Management services.
“Our place on this framework aligns with the strategic objectives we have as a business to expand our activity in the North while growing our established client base in the Midlands,” said Tim Bush, Senior Parter and Framework Manager.
“This is especially exciting given our arrival in Manchester, where we recently opened a new office filled with talented individuals enthusiastic about making a positive impact on lives in the North West of England.”
EN:Procure Gen-4 covers a broad range of professional consultancy and speciality construction services for social housing, public sector and commercial buildings, as well as specialist areas such as renewable energy services.
There are 19 lots in total, each involving a different area of the construction sector, spanning project management through to fire risk and an additional lot for multi-disciplinary consultancy services for organisations wishing to bid on more than one specialism.
The framework, which will run for 48 months till 2029, has an estimated total value of £103m.
Members can access the framework via mini-tender or direct award.
