This year was about more than projects,  it was about our teams, the residents we serve, and the communities we impact.

We grew our team by 17%  this year, welcoming 40 new colleagues and strengthening our talent pipeline through initiatives that support learning, career progression, and future talent:

New employees

50 people studying professional qualifications (34 apprentices, 16 sponsored employees)

26 career fairs and 47  work experience placements  to support future talent

Launched our first internal QCI programme with BG Academy

This year, Bradley Webster became our new Managing Partner, guiding the firm’s continued growth.

Our partnership also expanded with three new female partners - Dionne, Louise, and Bonnie - reflecting our commitment  to diversity, development,  and strong leadership  across the firm.

Blue Light Impact

450 workstations created - providing modern workspaces for individuals in a major police force

30 building surveys completed

Extensive HQ refurbishment

£0.5m of essential works delivered - supporting a NHS Foundation Trust at the forefront of ophthalmic care for over 220 years

We have delivered 151 Education projects across  282 sites.  This has positively impacted in excess of 35,000 pupils.

In September 2025, 4i Solutions merged with Baily Garner, creating an end-to-end, people-focused approach to asset management and project delivery, combining multidisciplinary expertise  with seamless, collaborative services to deliver safe, sustainable, and modern spaces for communities.

Our people and planet-first approach earned a B Corp score of 98.9 and recognition for employee development. This year, we also published  our first B Corp Report, showcasing how we balance professional excellence with social and environmental impact.

Next year, as we celebrate  50 years, we’re looking forward  to expanding the impact of  AI-driven tools, collecting and analysing data to inform smarter business decisions, embedding Building Safety culture,  and tackling complex ESG and regulatory challenges - always with people at the centre  of our work.
