We’re adding a Talent Co-ordinator to our HR team. Someone who just loves helping people to find their perfect role, and who doesn’t simply stop there!
As our Talent Co-ordinator, you’ll be our ‘go to’ person for all our recruitment needs. You will be liaising with our Group Heads to manage recruitment from inception to offer, developing relationships with recruiters and headhunters, developing our graduate and apprenticeship offering, and helping us create that very special Baily Garner experience.
We’re a friendly bunch here at Baily Garner, who really take pride in what we do, and in doing it well. We’re a busy consultancy working in many different sectors with colleagues of all experience levels, and we are always looking to add quality people to our team to develop and grow with us.
