Due to the growth of our Building Services discipline within Baily Garner LLP, we are looking for an Intermediate Mechanical Engineer to join our team based predominately in Eltham, South East London.

The successful candidate should have a progressive outlook to help drive the delivery of our mechanical services within the well-established Building Services and Environmental Team in our London Office.  Collaborating with our architectural, building and quantity surveying groups to deliver projects throughout their life cycle in conjunction.

Current Projects include;  Education Sector – Extensions and Refurbishment of Primary & Secondary School, Commercial Sector – Office Fit-Outs, Industrial Buildings, Vehicle Workshops etc, Residential Sector – New Build Residential Developments, Blue Light Sector.

The successful candidate should be degree qualified, with 2 to 4 years post graduate experience in a consultant environment, looking to expand their experience and knowledge to the next level with a view to becoming a Chartered Engineer, or a recently Chartered engineer looking for their next role.

This role requires you to be DBS checked at an enhanced level and to obtain police vetting.  These applications will be made by Baily Garner once a job offer has been accepted.

n.b. The Police vetting process requires you to have been permanently resident in the UK for  3 continuous years (this include UK Nationals)
